These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relations relating to the purchase of goods and services on the website www.syform.ch.
persons
Customers of the website must be 18 years of age and are natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, professional or craft activity they may carry out.
Registration and personal page
The Customer guarantees that the personal data provided during registration on the Website are true.
The customer undertakes to immediately communicate any change in data and to check the correct functioning of the email address provided during registration. The access data for the personal page of the website are personal and cannot be communicated to third parties.
Conclusion of the contract
By sending the order electronically, the Customer makes an irrevocable proposal to purchase the products selected in the shopping cart, with an express request to execute the order even without prior acceptance.
The Seller has the right to accept or reject the offer or to accept it partially in relation to the specified quantity by notifying this within 30 days from the date of sending the order, including via the e-mail address indicated during registration.
Availability and products
The availability of the products is generally indicated on the website and updated as frequently as possible. This frequency is considered by the parties to be sufficient to ensure reliable information, but cannot exclude the possibility that a product indicated as available at the time of the online order cannot actually be associated with the order.
Information leading to the conclusion of the contract
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003, we inform the customer that in order to submit the purchase proposal he must follow the shopping cart procedure in English which allows - before the actual transmission of the order form - the identification and correction of any errors in data entry.
After sending the purchase offer, the Supplier will send by e-mail, immediately after acceptance of the offer, the General Conditions of Sale, the "Confirmation of Order Registration" (containing a summary of the information regarding the characteristics of the product purchased, the detailed indication of the price, the means of payment used, the delivery costs and any additional costs and, in the case of consumers, the information regarding the right of withdrawal.
Prices and payment
The prices published on the website are in CHF and include VAT (except for resellers).
Payment for purchased products can be made using the payment methods described on the website and in particular in the shopping cart procedure. The types of credit cards accepted by the provider are specifically indicated on the payment method page.
In the event of withdrawal or termination of the contract for any reason whatsoever that results in a chargeback of the amount paid by credit card, the Supplier will ask the credit card issuer to release the amount. The release times depend exclusively on the credit card issuer.
Costs and delivery times
The purchased product will be delivered to the customer exclusively on Swiss territory (unless otherwise agreed in writing) to the ground floor of the property at the address indicated at the time of purchase, using a carrier chosen from those indicated on the site. Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must check the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document and in the "order confirmation" email. If any anomalies are found, the customer must report them on the copy of the transport document that the carrier considers valid and confirm them by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or PEC within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Right of withdrawal
The Customer, who is a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of the product within 5 working days of receipt of the product, without giving any reason and without penalty, unless an adjustment of any amount has been made. Saturday is considered a public holiday. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, it is extended until the first following working day. The CUSTOMER who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal must notify the supplier by means of an express declaration, which can be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER must return the goods within 5 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the contract, in accordance with art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. The goods must be returned to Hiltenrain8, 6110 Wolhusen. The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all parts (including packaging and any documentation and additional equipment). Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the Supplier will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal, within the limits of the law. The costs of returning the product will be borne by the Customer, while the refund will include the delivery costs. The refund will be made through the procedure for canceling the transaction, using the same means of payment chosen by the Customer at the time of the order.

Applicable law
The purchase contract concluded on the website is governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the application, execution and interpretation of this contract will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Court of Treviso. In the event that the customer acts as a "consumer", however, the jurisdiction will be that of the court of the place where the customer resides or has chosen to reside.
