The Data Controller is SYFORM SCHWEIZ GMBH HILTENRAIN 8, 6110 WOLHUSEN in the person of its legal representative, whom you can contact to exercise the rights provided for in articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 77 of Reg. 679/16. Claims may also be brought against the Data Protection Officer, if the Owner has appointed one. The exercise of the aforementioned rights is subject to the limits, rules and procedures established by the aforementioned Regulations, which you must know and apply. In accordance with the provisions of article 12, paragraph 3, the Owner shall also inform the interested party of the measures taken without undue delay, and at the latest within one month of receiving the request. This period may be extended by two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests.
