Floractiv is a food supplement containing Saccharomyces boulardii, a tropical yeast and the only antibiotic-resistant probiotic, as well as live lactic acid cultures that promote a balanced colonization of the intestinal microbial flora altered by a disturbed diet, antibiotic therapies, diarrhea and stress. • Kluyveromyces B0399 is an absolutely innovative ingredient. It is not a lactobacillus, but the first lactic yeast capable of producing lactic acid in the intestine, an activity normally attributed to lactobacilli. It can cross the gastric barrier without damage, is particularly resistant to antibiotics, even more so than Saccharomyces boulardii, and has the ability to digest lactose in the intestine. Thanks to these remarkable properties, it is able to promote the balance and colonization of the intestinal bacterial flora, thus favoring a natural and effective modulation of the immune response, capable of attenuating the inflammatory phenomena associated with irritable bowel syndrome and celiac disease.
• Saccharomyces boulardii: has an exceptional action on the immune system, prevents diarrhea and is ideal for restoring the microbial flora during antibiotic therapy; it has an effective preventive and therapeutic action against gastrointestinal candidiasis.
• Lactobacillus acidophilus: promotes the digestion of dairy products, counteracts the development of pathogenic and fungal flora, supports the activity of the immune system, participates in the endogenous production of vitamin B and creates an ideal environment for good digestion and food absorption.
• Lactobacillus ramnosus: It produces lactic acid in the intestine, creating an ideal environment for lactobacilli and an inhospitable environment for pathogenic bacteria.
