GL3 is a dietary supplement made from 100% Kyowa Quality® Glutamine. Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in muscles, where it performs important physiological functions.
It has four functions:
- Structurally, because it is the most abundant amino acid;
- detoxifying, in case of an excess of ammonium;
- Anti-catabolic by facilitating muscle protein synthesis and preserving glycogen;

GL3 is an innovative dietary supplement that contains three molecular forms of glutamine: traditional glutamine, acetyl glutamine and alpha-ketoglutarate (AKG).
